Advising Options

Full Advising Package

The majority of my clients use the comprehensive start to finish Advising Package. This includes the activities listed above (as needed). Students typically begin during their sophomore or junior years. Allow me to make the process less complex and stressful.

Service Academy and ROTC Advising

Picture

There are a range of options from a full advising package to smaller contracts with hourly  support.
Some students already have a counselor for their civilian schools and I provide guidance on the military options. Others work on the entire college process with me.

I also collaborate with other counselors to support them and/or their students through the military  process (with hourly work).

I provide guidance for ROTC scholarships, senior military colleges, service academies, and officer training school applications.

See the Service Academy & ROTC page for specifics on how I can help.

Hourly Guidance

Picture

Hourly students are managing their own application process but have specific areas in which they are looking for guidance. My hourly students fall into four categories:

Freshman looking for assistance in planning their academics and activities.

Seniors seeking essay support and application review (space dependent).

Applicants for military service academies and/or ROTC programs .

Providing support to other counselors working with military-focused applicants.

It's essential that these students are proactive and have strong time management skills.
